The Louisiana Constitutional Convention Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed that the legislature have the authority to call a limited constitutional convention.[1][2]
