The Louisiana Legislative Session Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 16, 1993, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed a number of rules to regulate legislative sessions. These rules limited the number of bills that could be introduced by a member and altered deadlines for introducing bills.[1][2]
