The Idaho Six Person Juries Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 1, was on the November 6, 1934 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created six person juries in civil cases involving less than five hundred dollars, as well as in misdemeanor cases .[1]
