The Minnesota Abolish Grand Jury Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 8, 1904 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure abolished the requirement of a grand jury in criminal cases.[1]
