Minnesota: Judge Gary Larson of the Hennepin County District Court ruled on Thursday, May 6, that Minnesota Vikings players Pat Williams and Kevin Williams can be forced to serve a four game suspension imposed on them by NFL even though the organization violated their rights under state labor laws. The players have appealed the decision and the state Court of Appeals will take up the case next. The players case started in July of 2008 when both players were tested for drugs and tested positive for a banned diuretic.[1]
