Georgia probate judge suspended for misconduct

Georgia: The Georgia Supreme Court suspended, on Friday, May 14, Twiggs County Probate Court Judge Kenneth E. Fowler for mistreating defendants by telling them they had to prove their innocence. Fowler had been previously recommneded for suspension by the Judicial Qualifications Commission of Georgia after he was accused of running a slush fund in the county.[1]
