Lafayette Young, Jr. was a judge for the Macomb Town Court in St. Lawrence County, New York. He was removed from the court following a recommendation from the New York Commission on Judicial Conduct. The commission found that Young had presided over matters involving his girlfriend's family, which was a "misuse of judicial office."[1]
