New Mexico: Two Democratic women are seeking a position on the New Mexico First Judicial District Court in Rio Arriba County. Sheri Raphaelson, the incumbent, was appointed to the court in March of 2009 to replace Judge Timothy Garcia. She will be running against Yvonne Quintana, a lawyer, in the June 1st, 2010 Democratic primary.[1]
