New chief judge for Kentucky Court of Appeals

Kentucky: Judge Jeff Taylor was chosen by his fellow judges as the new chief judge of the Kentucky Court of Appeals. He was sworn in on July 2, 2010 and will serve in this position for four years. A former lawyer and a native of Hardin County, he was first elected to the Court of Appeals in November of 2003.[1]
