12 Attorneys suspended in South Carolina

South Carolina: The South Carolina Supreme Court has ordered 12 attorneys to surrender their certificates to practice law in the state. The attorneys in question were administratively suspended on February 1, 2011 for failure to pay state bar license fees, and were still delinquent as of April 1, 2011.
They may petition for reinstatement within three years of this order; if they do not, membership in the South Carolina Bar will be terminated and the lawyer's name will be removed from the roll of attorneys in South Carolina. [1]
