DeKalb County Probate Court, Georgia

The DeKalb County Probate Court is a probate court with jurisdiction over DeKalb County in Georgia. The court has exclusive, original jurisdiction over wills, estates, and involuntary hospitalization of adults. The court may hear violations of state fish and game law, traffic cases, and certain misdemeanors when there is no state court present.
