Kansas: A panel of judges in the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that U.S. District Judge Monti Belot acted improperly when imposing limits on a case involving the deaths of 21 patients related to overdose. Belot had ruled that those responsible, Dr. Stephen Schneider and his wife, Linda, could be tried only in four deaths.[1]
