Dailey ran for election to the Vigo County Superior Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on May 6, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 48.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Lakshmi Reddy. [1][2] 

Education

Dailey earned his undergraduate degree from Wabash College and his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis.[3]

Career

Dailey began his legal career 25 years ago as a law clerk. He went on to work as an attorney in private practice where he currently focuses on family law matters. Dailey has served as a judge pro tem for local judges and juvenile court magistrates and also serves as the Terre Haute City Court Judge.[3]
