A Boulder City Charter Amendment measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Boulder which is in Boulder County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 29,549 (81.22%)Approveda
  • NO 6,833 (18.78%)[1]

This measure sought to change the city charter so that solar panels and equipment would be allowed on buildings over 55 feet in height. The 2010 charter limited solar panels on high buildings as well as how much area they took up, but the new amendment proposed removing those restrictions.[2]
