Two Cape Canaveral Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Cape Canaveral, which is in Brevard County.

The first measure asked if the newly changed and updated charter for the city should be adopted.

  • YES 1,875 (61.39%) Approveda
  • NO 1,179 (38.61%)

The second amendment sought to make it so that a council member or Mayor can only serve two consecutive terms, but could do both jobs without limit.[1]

  • YES 2,230 (69.51%) Approveda
  • NO 978 (30.49%)[2]
