A Lakeland Community College Levy Replacement measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Lakeland school area which is in Lake County.
This measure was approved
- YES 41,211 (52.05%)
- NO 37,965 (47.95%)[1]
This measure sought to replace the current school property tax with one set at a rate of $.17 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to help buy new land, build new facilities and equip those new facilities.[2]
