A Loudonville Village Electrical Aggregation Question was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the village of Loudonville which is in Holmes County.

This measure will ask residents in the village if they want to aggregate their electricity with the rest of the village with the purpose to gain cheaper rates for all residents.[1]
