A Maitland City Business Property Tax Exemption measure was on the January 31, 2012 ballot in the city of Maitland which is in Orange County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 1,765 (54.81%)Approveda
  • NO 1,455 (45.19%)[1]

This measure sought to allow property tax exemptions to new or expanding businesses in the city which would increase jobs in the city. The property tax exemptions would be in place up to ten years for those businesses which qualify.[2]
