A City of Malibu "View Maintenance Act," Measure E ballot question was on the April 8, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Malibu in Los Angeles County, where it was approved.

Measure E authorized the Malibu City Council to adopt an ordinance to require the removal or trimming of landscaping "in order to restore and maintain primary views from private homes."
