Oakland Park City Conflict Disclosure Amendment Question (March 2013)

An Oakland Park City Conflict Disclosure Amendment question was overwhelmingly approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Broward County, which is in Florida.
This measure amended the Oakland Park City Charter to require that any commissioner who has a conflict of interest on an issue in discussion must disclose the conflict before taking part in the discussion.[1]
