An Ohio Valley School District Levy measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Adams County.

This measure sought to implement a emergency services levy of 9.4 mill for five years. The money generated from this levy would have gone towards the general fund and expenses of the school district. The district estimated that around $3 million a year would have been raised if this levy had been approved.[1]
