A Parma Heights City Local Liquor Option measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio where it was approved.

This measure allowed the Sunday sale of alcohol at certain times by Dakdouk Brothers Inc, (Diary Deli). This measure is on the ballot by petition.[1]

“ Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Dakdouk Brothers Inc, dba Dairy Deli, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a convenience store at 6219 West 130th Street, Parma Heights, OH 44130 in this precinct?[1][2] ”
