A Portsmouth City Flood Defense Levy Renewal measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Portsmouth which is in Scioto County.

This measure sought to renew the current $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value levy that is in place in the city to help pay for flood defense services and operation costs of running the pumping station in the city.[2]
