There was a Seaside City Police Bond Measure on the May 18 ballot in Clatsop County for voters in the city of Seaside.

This measure was defeated

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $725,000 in order to help pay the city police force and to invest in and buy seven new police vehicles. The payment of the bond would have been split into 5 year increments and would have added $.15 per $1,000 of assessed value on a home.[2]
