A St. Lucie County School Property Tax Continuation measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Saint Lucie County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 42,468 (61.42%)Approveda
  • NO 26,678 (38.58%)[1]

This measure sought voter approval to renew the current property tax rate of $.25 per $1,000 of assessed property value in the county which goes towards the county schools. The tax would be in place for a further two years and would generate near $4 million for the county schools.[2]
