A Valley Fire District Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the Valley fire district area which is in Summit County.
The measure was approved
- YES 273 (62.19%)
- NO 166 (37.81%)[1]
This measure sought to replace the current district levy with one set at a rate of $.63 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire and rescue service operation costs in the township.[2]
