A Wooster Township Electric Aggregation question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wayne County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Township of Wooster to aggregate the retail electric loads in the Township to facilitate the purchase of electricity. This aggregation, if approved, will occur automatically to all who do not opt out.[1]

| “ | Shall the Township of Wooster have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads locatedin the Township, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?[1][2] | ” |
