Jim Brink
Jim Brink was an at-large representative on the Pickerington Local School District Board of Education. He was first elected in 2004 and served until 2007. He was elected again in 2011. Brink sought another term in the general election on November 3, 2015.[1] Jim Brink lost the general election on November 3, 2015.
Biography
Brink is retired from working in the field of science and technology. He worked in research and development and started two technology companies throughout his career. He now teaches math as an adjunct professor at Ohio University Pickerington. Brink obtained a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Muskingum College. He went on to earn a master's degree and a doctorate degree from The Ohio State University.[2]

Keith Kristoff and Michelle Waterhouse defeated incumbent Jim Brink and challenger Mark Kenney in the election for the two seats up for election.[1][3][4]

According the United States Census Bureau, the county was home to 150,381 residents in 2014.[5] Pickerington Local School District was the 17th-largest school district in Ohio, serving 10,061 students during the 2012-2013 school year.[6]
