A Higginsport Village Current Levy Replacement measure was on the November 8, 2011, ballot in the village of Higginsport which is in Brown County.

This measure sought to replace the current expenses levy with one set at a rate of 3 mills for a period of five years in order to further pay for current expenses in the village.[2]
