In 1916, voters decided on seven statewide ballot measures in California on November 7.
- Four were initiated constitutional amendments.
- One was a legislatively referred state statute.
- One was a veto referendum.
- One was a bond issue.
- Voters approved 3 (42.86%) and rejected 4 (57.14%).
