The Minnesota Investing School Funds Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 2, 1875 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the legislature to enact laws for the safe investment of the school funds.[1]
