The Minnesota Sale of Swamp Lands Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the November 8, 1881 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the sale of swamp lands and for the appropriation of proceeds from said sale.[1]
