Blane A. Black was a 2013 candidate for the Washington County Court of Common Pleas in Washington County, Pennsylvania.

Black ran unsuccessfully for the Washington County Court of Common Pleas. He received 11.25 percent in the Democratic primary and 10.39 percent in the Republican primary on May 21st.[1][2]
