Biography
Richards earned a B.S.E in civil engineering from the University of Iowa in 1995, an M.A. in leadership from Bellevue University in 2008, and a Ph.D. in human capital management from Bellevue University in 2014. His professional experience includes owning a business. He previously served in the U.S. Army as a combat engineer officer, logistics and transportation officer, platoon leader, and assistant operations officer. Richards has served as chairman of the board of directors for the Manning Regional Healthcare Center as well as on their finance committee.[1]
