Celina Babauta (Democratic Party) is a member of the Northern Mariana Islands Senate, representing District 3. She assumed office on January 9, 2023. Her current term ends on January 11, 2027.

Babauta (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Northern Mariana Islands Senate to represent District 3. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

On January 9, 2023, Babauta was elected the Senate's legislative secretary for the 23rd Commonwealth Legislature.[1]
