Cheri Striker was born in Biddeford, Maine. Her professional experience includes working as a business owner and hairstylist. Striker previously worked as a bookkeeper and also taught a barber program at an Aveda School.[1]

My job allows me to hear and appreciate many different perspectives and experiences. What I hear often is that many people don't feel that their voice is being heard.
Your voice matters. I am running for Dublin School Board to ensure that all Dublin citizens can speak up and be heard.

We need more transparency on decisions being made. More defined curriculum content and context of how it's being taught.
I am genuinely interested in hearing all sides of a situation and want to be given all the details to get a full picture of a situation. I am open minded to hearing it all before I make my own opinions.
My compassion for all humans is not determined by the color of your skin, but by your behavior.
