Biography
Daniel Boone graduated from Avery County High School in 1999. His career experience includes working as a ski technician with Sugar Mountain Resort and as a highway patrolman with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. Boone was first elected to serve as an alderman for the town of Elk Park, North Carolina, in 2009. He was appointed to serve as the mayor of Elk Park in 2018.[1]
