David Stasny is the At-large District 6 representative on the Bryan Independent School District school board in Texas. First elected in 1990, Stasny won a new term in the by-district general election on November 7, 2017.

Two of seven seats on the Bryan Independent School District board of trustees in Texas were up for general election on November 7, 2017. One seat was up for by-district election and the other was up for at-large election. Two incumbents filed to retain their seats. Incumbent Julie Harlin defeated challenger Diektrich Morgan for the District 2 seat. At-Large District 6 incumbent David Stasny was unopposed in his bid for re-election.[1][2]
