Erin Lale was a Libertarian candidate for District 29 of the Nevada State Assembly. The primary election was on June 8, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010. There was no primary for Lale as the Libertarian Party Caucus in February voted for her unaminously. Lale was a owner of Magicalrealist Gallery, and the former owner of The Science Fiction Store. She was the founding Chairman of City Lights Artists' Co-op, and served on the Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Advisory Board.

Lale was defeated in the November 2, 2010, general election. Her opponents in the November 2 general election were April Mastroluca (D) and Dan Hill (R).
