Douglas W. Herman
Douglas W. Herman was a president judge for the Franklin-Fulton County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He joined the court on August 10, 1993, and was retained in 2003 and 2013. He became president judge in 2009. Herman retired from the bench on January 2, 2015.[1][2]
