Fran Chardo
Fran Chardo was a 2013 candidate for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

Chardo ran for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas[1] He cross-filed in both Democratic and Republican primaries, but was unsuccessful in both, receiving 36.9 percent of the Democratic vote and 25.9 percent of the Republican vote on May 21, 2013.[2][3]

Chardo earned his B.A. from Gettysburg College in 1990 and his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law in 1993.[4]
