Lacey Gard is a judge for Division Two of the Arizona Court of Appeals. She assumed office on December 29, 2022. Her current term ends on January 2, 2027.
Gard previously served as a judge of the Pinal County Superior Court in Arizona. She was appointed to the court on September 16, 2021, by Gov. Doug Ducey (R) to replace Stephen F. McCarville.[1]
