Biography
Gilbert G. Garcia is the founder and C.E.O. of Lifelong Learning Inc.. He earned his Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree, and Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Garcia is a 28 year resident of Rowland Heights and is a director of Los Angeles County School Trustees Association[1]
