Gregory E. Smith was a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Smith was first elected to the court in 1991. He was retained in 2001 and 2011.[2]
Education
Smith earned his undergraduate degree from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Howard University.[3]
2011 election
Smith was retained with a "yes" vote of 75.1%.[4]
