Education

Mattis received his undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.[2]

Career

Mattis has worked as an attorney in Northumberland County for over 35 years. He was previously the president judge of the Northumberland County Courts. He was the solicitor for the City of Shamokin from 2008 to 2013, and has also served as a guardian ad litem.[2]
