Holly Boffy completed Ballotpedia's Candidate Connection survey in 2019. The survey questions appear in bold and are followed by Boffy's responses.
What would be your top three priorities, if elected?
My top three priorities are ensuring all students have opportunities to graduate high school ready for college and/or careers, ensuring our youngest students have the support they need to develop a strong foundation in literacy, and ensuring our teachers and leaders have the support they need to continuously improve their practices.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
My passion is teacher and leader development. Teachers are the number one in-school factor influencing outcomes for students, and principals are the second most important in-school factor.
