Marci B. McIvor
Marci B. McIvor was a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Michigan. She was appointed a U.S. bankruptcy judge for the Eastern District of Michigan in March of 2003.[1] McIvor retired on January 4, 2020.
Education
Mclvor attended Harvard University for her bachelor's degree and Wayne State University for her J.D.[2]
Career
Mclvor was in private practice until 1986, when she joined the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Michigan. She served as an assistant attorney general until her appointment in 2003.[1]
