Mary Bray is a former commissioner of the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission. She was first appointed to a six-year term in August 2005 by then-Governor Donald Carcieri.[1]

Bray served as director of the Office of Community Services and Advocacy for the Catholic Diocese of Providence, a position she held from 1999 to 2005.[1] She previously served as business manager of the Holy Spirit Catholic Community in Central Falls, managed office operations for Advanced Transportation in Lincoln, and was credit card operations manager for Rhode Island Hospital Trust Bank.[1]
