Paul F. Harris, Jr.
Paul F. Harris, Jr. was a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in Maryland. He began serving on this court December 17, 2004.[1][2] Harris retired February 25, 2018.[3]
Education
Harris received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1975.[1]
