Vincent A. Lilley

Vincent A. Lilley is a former district court judge for the 23rd Judicial District in Virginia.[1] Lilley joined the court in 1994 and retired on December 31, 2016.[2]
Education
Lilley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[3]
